Adhyāya 90: Babhruvāhana’s Reception and the Commencement of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Aśvamedha
स्वर्गार्गलं लोभबीजं रागगुप्तं दुरासदम् । त॑ तु पश्यन्ति पुरुषा जितक्रोधा जितेन्द्रिया:
svargārgaḷaṃ lobhabījaṃ rāgaguptaṃ durāsadam | taṃ tu paśyanti puruṣā jitakrodhā jitendriyāḥ ||
அது சொர்க்கப் பாதையைத் தடுத்திடும் தாழ்ப்பாள்—பேராசையின் விதை, ஆசையால் மறைக்கப்பட்டு, வெல்ல அரிதானது. ஆனால் கோபத்தை வென்று, புலன்களை அடக்கியோர் அதைத் தெளிவாகக் காண்பர்.
