गोकर्णमथ चासाद्य प्रभासमपि जग्मिवान् | उन सबको मृदुल पराक्रमसे ही जीतकर वे घोड़ेकी इच्छानुसार उसके पीछे चलनेमें विवश हुए सौराष्ट्र, गोकर्ण और प्रभासक्षेत्रोंमें गये
gokarṇam atha cāsādya prabhāsam api jagmivān |
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—அவர் கோகர்ணத்தை அடைந்து, பின்னர் பிரபாசத்திற்கும் சென்றார். எதிர்த்தவர்களை மென்மையானதாயினும் பயனளிக்கும் வீரத்தால் அடக்கி, அஷ்வமேத விதிப்படி குதிரையின் விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப அதன் பின்செல்ல வேண்டியவர்களாய், அவர்கள் சௌராஷ்டிரம், கோகர்ணம், மற்றும் புனிதமான பிரபாசக் க்ஷேத்திரம் ஆகியவற்றில் சென்றனர்।
