विदितं ते महाबाहो यथा दीक्षां चराम्यहम्‌ । न स तावत्‌ प्रवेक्ष्यामि पुरं ते पूुधुलोचन

Transliteration

viditaṃ te mahābāho yathā dīkṣāṃ carāmy aham | na sa tāvat pravekṣyāmi puraṃ te pṛthulocana ||

Translation

மகாபாகுவே! நான் தீட்சை ஏற்று அதன் கட்டுப்பாடுகளோடு நடந்து வருகிறேன் என்பதை நீ அறிவாய். ஆகவே, விரிந்த கண்களையுடையவனே! அந்தத் தீட்சை நிறைவேறும் வரை நான் உன் நகரில் பிரவேசிக்கமாட்டேன்।
