Ulūpī’s Disclosure and the Saṃjīvana-Maṇi: Arjuna’s Restoration (उलूपी-प्रकटनं संजीवनमणि-स्थापनं च)
कर्मणा तेन पापेन पतेथा निरये ध्रुवम् । “उसकी शान्ति किये बिना ही यदि आप प्राणोंका परित्याग करते तो उस पापकर्मके प्रभावसे निश्चय ही नरकमें पड़ते
karmaṇā tena pāpena pateṭhā niraye dhruvam |
அர்ஜுனன் கூறினான்— அந்தப் பாவச் செயல் காரணமாக நீ நிச்சயமாக நரகத்தில் வீழ்ந்திருப்பாய். முதலில் சமாதானம் செய்து குற்றத்தைச் சரிசெய்யாமல் உயிரைத் துறந்திருந்தால், அந்தக் கர்மவிளைவு உன்னைப் பயங்கரமான கதிக்குத் தள்ளியிருக்கும்.
