दीनान्धकृपणादिभ्यो दीयमानेन चानिशम् | बभौ परमकल्याणो महस्तस्य महागिरे:
vaiśampāyana uvāca | dīnāndhakṛpaṇādibhyo dīyamānena cāniśam | babhau paramakalyāṇo mahastasya mahāgireḥ ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—ஏழைகள், குருடர்கள், வறியவர்கள் முதலியோருக்கு இடையறாது தானமும் உதவியும் வழங்கப்பட்டதால், அந்த மாபெரும் மலையின் மகோத்ஸவம் பரம நன்மை நிறைந்ததாக ஒளிர்ந்தது.
