ततो वजप्रहारैस्तैर्दार्यमाणा वसुन्धरा । नागलोकस्य पन्थानमकरोज्जनमेजय,जनमेजय! उस वज्रके प्रहारसे विदीर्ण होकर पृथ्वीने नागलोकका रास्ता प्रकट कर दिया
tato vajraprahārais tair dāryamāṇā vasundharā | nāgalokasya panthānam akaroj janamejaya ||
அப்போது அந்த வஜ்ரம் போன்ற அடிகளால் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் பிளந்து, பூமி வெடித்தது; ஓ ஜனமேஜயா, அது நாகலோகத்திற்குச் செல்லும் வழியை வெளிப்படுத்தியது।
