अहल्योवाच सौदासपत्न्या विधृते दिव्ये ये मणिकुण्डले । ते समानय भद्ठं ते गुर्वर्थ: सुकृतो भवेत्
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: Ahalyovāca—Saudāsa-patnyā vidhṛte divye ye maṇi-kuṇḍale, te samānaya; bhadraṁ te; gurv-arthaḥ sukṛto bhavet.
அஹல்யா கூறினாள்—“மகனே! சௌதாச அரசனின் அரசி அணிந்திருக்கும் அந்த இரண்டு தெய்வீக மணிக்குண்டலங்களை கொண்டு வா. உனக்கு நன்மை உண்டாகட்டும். அவற்றை கொண்டு வந்தால் உன் குருதட்சிணை முறையாக நிறைவேறும்.”
