Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
मया तु भरतश्रेष्ठ चिरदृष्ट: पिता प्रभु: । तमहं द्रष्टमेच्छामि सम्मते तव फाल्गुन
mayā tu bharataśreṣṭha ciradṛṣṭaḥ pitā prabhuḥ | tam ahaṃ draṣṭum icchāmi sammate tava phālguna ||
ஓ பாரதகுலச் சிறந்தவனே, பால்குணா (அர்ஜுனா)! என் அருளாளன் தந்தையை நான் நீண்ட நாட்களாகக் காணவில்லை; அவரைத் தரிசிக்க விரும்புகிறேன். உன் சம்மதம் இருந்தால், நான் த்வாரகைக்கு சென்று அவர்தரிசனம் பெறுவேன்.
