Adhyātma-Upadeśa
पार्थिवश्च सदा गन्धो गन्धश्न बहुधा स्मृत: । तस्य गन्धस्य वक्ष्यामि विस्तरेण बहून् गुणान्
pārthivaś ca sadā gandho gandhaś ca bahudhā smṛtaḥ | tasya gandhasya vakṣyāmi vistareṇa bahūn guṇān |
வாயுதேவன் கூறினான்—பூமியில் கந்தமே எப்போதும் அதன் தனிச்சிறப்பு குணம்; கந்தம் பலவகை எனச் சொல்லப்படுகிறது. இப்போது அந்தக் கந்தத்தின் பல குணங்களை விரிவாக நான் உரைப்பேன்.
