Adhyātma-Upadeśa
यावद् रथपथस्तावदू रथेन स तु गच्छति । क्षीणे रथपदे विद्वान् रथमुत्सूज्य गच्छति
yāvad rathapathas tāvadū rathena sa tu gacchati | kṣīṇe rathapade vidvān ratham utsṛjya gacchati |
வாயு கூறினார்—ரதப்பாதை உள்ளவரை அவன் ரதத்திலேயே செல்கிறான். ரதப்பாதை முடிந்ததும் ஞானி ரதத்தை விட்டுவிட்டு முன்னே செல்கிறான். அதுபோல் மூடன் ஒரே வழிமுறையைப் பற்றிக்கொண்டு நிலம் மாறும்போது துன்புறுகிறான்; ஆனால் திடமுள்ளவன் பாதையின் எல்லையை அறிந்து தன் முறையை மாற்றிக் கொள்கிறான்.
