Brahmopadeśa on Saṃnyāsa, Tapas, and Jñāna (ब्रह्मोपदेशः—संन्यासतपोज्ञानविमर्शः)
हित्वा गुणमयं सर्व कर्म जन्तु: शुभाशुभम् | उभे सत्यानृते हित्वा मुच्यते नात्र संशय:
hitvā guṇamayaṃ sarva karma jantuḥ śubhāśubham | ubhe satyānṛte hitvā mucyate nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
வாயு கூறினார்—குணங்களால் அமைந்த எல்லாக் கருமங்களையும்—நல்லதாயினும் தீயதாயினும்—துறந்து, ‘சத்தியம்’ ‘அசத்தியம்’ என்ற இரண்டையும் பற்றுக்குரிய பொருள்களாக விட்டு விடும் சந்நியாசி விடுதலை அடைகிறான்; இதில் ஐயமில்லை।
