प्राप्रुवन्ति महात्मान इति वित्त द्विजर्षभा: । द्विजवरो! जिनके राज्यमें श्रेष्ठ पुरुषोंकी सब प्रकारसे रक्षा की जाती है
prāpnuvanti mahātmāna iti vitta dvijarṣabhāḥ |
வாயு கூறினார்— ஓ இருபிறப்பினருள் சிறந்தவர்களே, இதை அறிந்துகொள்ளுங்கள்: எவருடைய அரசில் சான்றோர்கள் எல்லாவிதத்திலும் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகிறார்களோ, அந்த உயர்ந்த மனத்தையுடைய அரசர்கள் இவ்வுலகில் இன்பம் அனுபவித்து, மறுலோகத்தில் அழியாத பேரின்பத்தை அடைகிறார்கள்.
