स्थलमापस्तथा55काशं जन्म चापि चतुर्विधम् | अण्डजोद्धिज्जसंस्वेदजरायुजमथापि च
sthalam āpas tathākāśaṃ janma cāpi caturvidham | aṇḍajodbhijja-saṃsvedaja-rāyujam athāpi ca ||
வாயுதேவன் கூறினான்— நிலம், நீர், மேலும் ஆகாயம்— இவையே வாழ்விடத் தளங்கள்; பிறப்பும் நான்கு வகை— அண்டஜம், உத்பிஜ்ஜம், ஸ்வேதஜம், ஜராயுஜம்.
