उपपत्तिं तु वक्ष्यामि गर्भस्याहमत: परम् । तथा तनन््मे निगदतः: शृणुष्वावहितो द्विज
upapattiṁ tu vakṣyāmi garbhasyāham ataḥ param | tathā tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇuṣvāvahito dvija ||
இனி நான் கருவின் உற்பத்தி முறையை வரிசையாகச் சொல்கிறேன்—உயிர் எவ்வாறு கருவில் வந்து உடலை ஏற்று பிறப்பை நோக்கிச் செல்கிறது என்பதை. ஓ த்விஜா, கவனத்துடன் ஒருமுகமாக இருந்து என் சொற்களைச் செவிமடுக்க.
