तथा पृषथ्रो राजा55सीद्‌ राजन्‌ वज्रधरोपम: । स चापि तपसा लेभे नाकपृष्ठमितो गत:

Transliteration

tathā pṛṣadhro rājāsīd rājan vajradharopamaḥ | sa cāpi tapasā lebhe nākapṛṣṭham ito gataḥ ||

Translation

அரசே! அதுபோல ப்ருஷத்ரன் என்னும் அரசன், வஜ்ரம் தாங்கும் இந்திரனைப் போல வீரமிக்கவன். அவனும் தவவலத்தால் இவ்வுலகை விட்டு நீங்கியபின் நாகப்ருஷ்டம் (சுவர்க்கம்) அடைந்தான்।
