Merit of Ponds and Tree-Planting
सो<पि लोकानवाप्रोति दैवतैरभिपूजितान् । गोलोके स मुदा युक्तो वसति प्रेत्य भारत
so 'pi lokān avāpnoti daivatair abhipūjitān | goloke sa mudā yukto vasati pretya bhārata ||
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—அவனும் தேவர்களால் போற்றப்படும் அந்த உலகங்களை அடைகிறான். ஓ பாரதா! உடலை விட்டு நீங்கிய பின், மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் இணைந்து கோலோகத்தில் வாசம் செய்கிறான்.
