इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत अनुशासनपर्वके अन्तर्गत दानधर्मपर्वनें श्राद्धकल्पविषयक नवासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ ॥/ ८९ ॥। अपना बछ। अकाल नवतितमो< ध्याय: भ्राद्धमें ब्राह्मणोंकी परीक्षा
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | kīdṛśebhyaḥ pradātavyaṃ bhavec chrāddhaṃ pitāmaha | dvijebhyaḥ kuruśārdūla tan me vyākhyātum arhasi ||
யுதிஷ்டிரன் கூறினான்—பிதாமஹா! எந்த வகையான பிராமணர்களுக்கு சிராத்த தானம் (அழைப்பு) அளிக்க வேண்டும்? குருக்களில் புலியே, அதை எனக்கு தெளிவாக விளக்க வேண்டும்।
