Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)

यस्मादपत्यकामो वै भर्ता मे विनिवर्तित: । तस्मात्‌ सर्वे सुरा यूयमनपत्या भविष्यथ

yasmād apatyakāmo vai bhartā me vinivartitaḥ | tasmāt sarve surā yūyam anapatyā bhaviṣyatha ||

சந்ததி விரும்பிய என் கணவரை நீங்கள் தடுத்ததால், நீங்கள் எல்லா தேவர்களும் சந்ததியற்றவர்களாக இருப்பீர்கள்.
