घृतं मे हृदये नित्यं घृतं नाभ्यां प्रतिष्ठितम् । घृतं सर्वेषु गात्रेषु घृते मे मनसि स्थितम्
ghṛtaṁ me hṛdaye nityaṁ ghṛtaṁ nābhyāṁ pratiṣṭhitam | ghṛtaṁ sarveṣu gātreṣu ghṛte me manasi sthitam ||
என் இதயத்தில் நெய் எப்போதும் தங்கட்டும்; என் நாபியில் நெய் நிலைபெறட்டும். நெய் என் உடல் உறுப்புகள் அனைத்திலும் பரவட்டும்; என் மனம் நெய்யிலேயே நிலைத்திருக்கட்டும்.
