सत्यवन्तः स्वर्गलोके मोदन्ते भरतर्षभ । दम: सत्यफलावाप्तिरुक्ता सर्वात्मना मया

Transliteration

satyavantaḥ svargaloke modante bharatarṣabha | damaḥ satyaphalāvāptir uktā sarvātmanā mayā ||

Translation

பரதகுலச் சிறந்தவனே! சத்தியவான்கள் சுவர்க்கலோகத்தில் மகிழ்வர்; ஆனால் அந்தச் சத்தியத்தின் பலனை உண்மையாய் அடைவதற்குக் காரணம் இంద్రியநிக்ரகம்—தமம்—என்று நான் முழு உள்ளத்தோடு கூறுகிறேன்.
