Saudāsa–Vasiṣṭha on the Purifying Power of Cows

indra uvāca | jānan yo gām apahared vikrīyāccārthakāraṇāt | etad eva vijñātum icchāmi kva nu tasya gatir bhavet ||
இந்திரன் கூறினான்—பிதாமகரே! ஒருவர் அறிந்தே பிறருடைய பசுவை அபகரித்து, பொருள் லாபத்திற்காக அதை விற்றுவிட்டால், மறுமையில் அவனுக்கு என்ன நிலை ஏற்படும்? இதை நான் அறிய விரும்புகிறேன்.
