गोप्रदानगुणाः तथा कपिलागोविधानम्
Merits of Cow-Gift and the Origin-Account of Kapilā Cows
तत्र सर्वसहा: क्षान्ता वत्सला गुरुवर्तिन: । अहंकारैरविरहिता यान्ति शक्र नरोत्तमा:
tatra sarvasahāḥ kṣāntā vatsalā guruvartinaḥ | ahaṃkārair avirahītā yānti śakra narottamāḥ || indra!
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—ஓ சக்ரா (இந்திரா)! அனைத்தையும் தாங்கும் பொறுமையுடையோர், மன்னிப்புடையோர், கருணையுடையோர், குருமார்களின் கட்டளைக்கீழ் நடப்போர், அகந்தையற்றோர்—இத்தகைய உயர்ந்த மனிதர்களே அந்த உலகை அடைகின்றனர்।
