पूपान् पुनर्वसौ दत्त्वा तथैवान्नानि शो भने । यशस्वी रूपसम्पन्नो बद्धन्नो जायते कुले
pūpān punarvasau dattvā tathaivānnāni śobhane | yaśasvī rūpasampanno baddhānno jāyate kule ||
நாரதர் கூறினார்—அழகியவளே! புனர்வசு காலத்தில் இனிப்புக் கேக்குகள் (பூபம்) மற்றும் அன்னம் தானம் செய்தால், மனிதன் உயர்ந்த குலத்தில் பிறக்கிறான்; அங்கு புகழும் அழகும் உடையவனாகவும், மிகுந்த அன்னச் செல்வம் கொண்டவனாகவும் விளங்குகிறான்.
