जीवन्तं त्वानुजीवन्तु प्रजा: सर्वा युधिष्ठिर । पर्जन्यमिव भूतानि महाद्रुममिवाण्डजा:
jīvantaṃ tvānujīvantu prajāḥ sarvā yudhiṣṭhira | parjanyam iva bhūtāni mahādrumam ivāṇḍajāḥ ||
ஓ யுதிஷ்டிரா! நீ வாழும் வரை எல்லாப் பிரஜைகளும் உன் வாழ்வோடு வாழ்ந்து உன்னுடன் வளம்பெறட்டும். உயிர்கள் மழையைச் சார்ந்திருப்பதுபோலும், பறவைகள் பெருமரத்தைச் சார்ந்திருப்பதுபோலும், அவர்கள் உன்னைச் சார்ந்திருக்கட்டும்.
