गूढस्वाध्यायतपसो ब्राह्म॒णान्‌ संशितव्रतान्‌ । कृतैरावसशथैह्द्यै: सप्रेष्यै: सपरिच्छदै:

Transliteration

gūḍhasvādhyāyatapaso brāhmaṇān saṃśitavratān | kṛtair āvasathaiḥ hṛdyaiḥ sapreṣyaiḥ saparicchadaiḥ ||

Translation

உள்ளார்ந்த (மறைமுக) ஸ்வாத்யாயமும் தவமும் மேற்கொண்டு, உறுதியான விரதம் கொண்ட பிராமணர்களை—அழகாக அமைந்த குடியிருப்புகள், பணியாளர்கள், தேவையான உபகரணங்கள் உடன் வழங்கி—மரியாதை செய்ய வேண்டும்.
