Transliteration

pitāmahasya vadataḥ purā devasamagame | śrutavān asmi yad rājan tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇu rājān ||

Translation

ச்யவனன் கூறினான்—“அரசே! முற்காலத்தில் தேவர்களின் சபையில் பிதாமகன் பிரம்மா கூறிய சொற்களை நான் கேட்டேன். இப்போது அதையே உனக்குச் சொல்கிறேன்; கேள்.”
