अध्याय ५६ — च्यवन–कुशिकसंवादः
Cyavana–Kuśika Dialogue on Lineage, Conflict, and Transmission
तत: सुखासीनमृषिं वाग्यतौ संववाहतु: । न च पर्याप्तमित्याह भार्गव: सुमहातपा:
tataḥ sukhāsīnam ṛṣiṁ vāgyatau saṁvāvahatuḥ | na ca paryāptam ity āha bhārgavaḥ sumahātapāḥ ||
பின்னர் முனிவர் சுகமாக அமர்ந்தார்; அந்தத் தம்பதியர் வாக்கை அடக்கி மௌனமாக அவரது உடலில் எண்ணெய் தடவி மசாஜ் செய்தனர். ஆனால் மகாதபஸ்வியான பார்கவ (ச்யவன) ஒருமுறையும் “போதும்” என்று சொல்லவில்லை.
