एतत् तत्त्वेन मे तात सर्वमाख्यातुमर्हसि । मतड़स्य यथातत्त्वं तथैवैतद् वदस्व मे

யுதிஷ்டிரன் கூறினான்—தாதா! இவை அனைத்தையும் உண்மையின்படி எனக்கு விளக்க வேண்டும். மதங்கன் தவம் செய்தும் பிராமணத்துவம் பெறாதது போல, விஸ்வாமித்ரனுக்கு ஏன் அப்படியாகவில்லை? இதையும் துல்லியமாகச் சொல்லுங்கள்.
