अध्याय १६ — शङ्कर-उमा-वरदानम् तथा तण्डि-स्तुतिः (Śaṅkara–Umā Boon-Granting and Taṇḍi’s Hymn)
अध्यात्मगतिरिष्टानां ध्यायिनामात्मवेदिनाम् | अपुनर्भवकामानां या गति: सोडयमी श्वरः
adhyātma-gatir iṣṭānāṁ dhyāyinām ātma-vedinām | apunarbhava-kāmānāṁ yā gatiḥ so 'yam īśvaraḥ ||
வாயுதேவர் கூறினார்—தியானம் செய்கின்ற அன்பு பக்தர்களுக்குக் கூறப்பட்ட ஆன்மிகப் பயணம், மறுபிறவி வேண்டாத ஆத்மஞானிகளுக்குக் கூறப்பட்ட உயர்ந்த நிலை—அந்த இலக்கு இவ்வே இறைவனே.
