कल्मषापहर-कीर्तनम् / Kīrtana for the Removal of Impurity
न हि प्राणै: प्रियतमं लोके किंचन विद्यते । तस्मात् प्राणिदया कार्या यथा55त्मनि तथा परे ।।
na hi prāṇaiḥ priyatamaṃ loke kiṃcana vidyate | tasmāt prāṇi-dayā kāryā yathātmani tathā pare ||
இந்த உலகில் உயிர் மூச்சைவிட இனிமையானது வேறொன்றுமில்லை. ஆகவே எல்லா உயிர்களிடமும் கருணை செய்ய வேண்டும்—தனக்குத் தானே விரும்பும் இரக்கத்தைப் போலவே பிறருக்கும்.
