न घातयति नो हन्ति घ्नन्तं नैवानुमोदते । सर्वभूतेषु सस्नेही यथा55त्मनि तथापरे
Transliteration
na ghātayati no hanti ghnantaṃ naivānumodate | sarvabhūteṣu sasnehī yathātmāni tathāpare ||
Translation
அவன் பிறரால் கொல்லச் செய்யான்; தானும் கொல்லான்; கொல்வோனை ஒப்புதலும் செய்யான். எல்லா உயிர்களிடமும் அன்புடையவன்; தன்னைப் போலவே பிறரையும் கருதுவான்.
