Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
ऋषिगन्धर्वरूपश्व सिद्धचारणरूपधृक् । भस्मपाण्ड्रगात्रश्न चन्द्रार्थकृतभूषण:
ṛṣigandharvarūpaś ca siddhacāraṇarūpadhṛk | bhasmapāṇḍragātraś ca candrārdhakṛtabhūṣaṇaḥ ||
வாசுதேவன் கூறினான்—அவர் ரிஷி, கந்தர்வர் ஆகியோரின் வடிவங்களை ஏற்கிறார்; சித்தர், சாரணர் வடிவங்களையும் தரிக்கிறார். புனித பஸ்மம் பூசப்பட்டதால் அவரது உடல் முழுதும் வெண்மையாகத் தோன்றுகிறது; நெற்றியில் அரைச்சந்திர அலங்காரத்தை அணிந்துள்ளார்.
