Shloka 39

भूयश्व या विष्णुपदे स्थिता या विभावसोभ्षापि पथे स्थिता या । देवाश्व॒ सर्वे सह नारदेन प्रकुर्वते सर्वसहेति नाम

Transliteration

bhūyaś ca yā viṣṇu-pade sthitā yā vibhāvasoḥ api pathe sthitā yā | devāś ca sarve saha nāradena prakurvate sarva-saheti nāma ||

Translation

விசுவாமித்திரர் கூறினார்—மேலும், விஷ்ணுபதத்தில் நிலைத்திருக்கும் பசுக்களும், விபாவசு (சூரியன்) பாதையில் நிலைத்திருக்கும் பசுக்களும்—நாரதருடன் கூடிய எல்லாத் தேவர்களாலும் ‘சர்வசஹா’ என்ற பெயர் அளிக்கப்பட்டன.
