लोम्नां प्रमाणेन सम॑ ब्रह्मलोके महीयते । वह मनुष्य दो पताका (महापद्मा)

Transliteration

lomnāṁ pramāṇena samaṁ brahmaloke mahīyate |

Translation

பீஷ்மர் கூறுகிறார்—அவன் லோமங்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை அளவாகக் கொண்டு பிரம்மலோகத்தில் மதிக்கப்படுவான்; அதாவது குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட தோல்களில் எத்தனை ரோமங்கள் உள்ளனவோ, அத்தனை ஆண்டுகள் பிரம்மலோகத்தில் போற்றப்படுவான்.
