उपवासविधि-प्रश्नः
Inquiry into the Discipline of Fasting
स होषां वृत्तिदाता स्यात् स चैतान् प्रतिपालयेत् । कनिष्ठास्तं नमस्येरन् सर्वे छन्दानुवर्तिन:
sa hoṣāṃ vṛttidātā syāt sa caitān pratipālayet | kaniṣṭhās taṃ namasyeran sarve chandānuvartinaḥ ||
அவன் அவர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை அளிப்பவனாகவும், அவர்களைப் பாதுகாத்துப் பேணுபவனாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும். இளையோர் அனைவரும் அவனை வணங்கி, மனமுவந்து அவன் ஒழுக்கநெறியையும் வழிகாட்டுதலையும் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.
