Śama-prāptiḥ — Gautamī–Lubdhaka–Pannaga–Mṛtyu–Kāla-saṃvāda
Restraint through the Analysis of Karma and Time
यथा च्छायातपौ नित्यं सुसम्बद्धौ निरन्तरम् । तथा कर्म च कर्ता च सम्बद्धावात्मकर्मभि:
yathā cchāyātapau nityaṃ susambaddhau nirantaram | tathā karma ca kartā ca sambaddhāv ātmakarmabhiḥ ||
எவ்வாறு வெயிலும் நிழலும் எப்போதும் இடைவிடாது பிரிக்கமுடியாதபடி இணைந்திருக்கின்றனவோ, அவ்வாறே செயலும் செய்பவனும் தம் தம் செயல்களின் இயல்பின்படி அற்றாத பிணைப்பில் இணைந்திருக்கின்றனர்.
