शराचितशरीर हि तीव्रव्रणमुदीक्ष्य च । शर्म नोपलभे वीर दुष्कृतान्येव चिन्तयन्
śarācitaśarīraṃ hi tīvravraṇam udīkṣya ca | śarma nopalabhe vīra duṣkṛtāny eva cintayan ||
வீரரே! அம்புகளால் நிரம்பிய உங்கள் உடலையும் அதன் கடுமையான காயங்களையும் பார்த்து, நான் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் என் தீச்செயல்களையே நினைக்கிறேன்; ஆகவே எனக்கு சிறிதும் நிம்மதி இல்லை।
