Garuḍa–Śakra Saṃvāda and the Retrieval of Amṛta (गरुड–शक्र संवादः अमृत-अपहरण-प्रसङ्गः)
कश्यप उवाच प्रजाहितार्थमारम्भो गरुडस्य तपोधना: । चिकीर्षति महत्कर्म तदनुज्ञातुमरहथ
Kaśyapa uvāca: prajāhitārtham ārambho Garuḍasya tapodhanāḥ | cikīrṣati mahat karma tad anu-jñātum arhatha ||
கச்யபர் உரைத்தார்—“தவச் செல்வம் கொண்டவர்களே, கருடனின் இந்த முயற்சி உயிர்களின் நலனுக்காகத் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவன் ஒரு மகத்தான செயலை நிறைவேற்ற விரும்புகிறான்; ஆகவே அவனுக்கு அனுமதி அளிப்பது உகந்தது.”
