तच्छरैरर्जुनो वर्ष प्रतिजघ्नेडत्यमर्षित:
taccharair arjuno varṣaṃ pratijaghne ’tyamarṣitaḥ |
அளவிலா சீற்றத்துடன் அர்ஜுனன் தன் அம்புகளால் அந்த மழையை எதிர்த்து சிதறடித்தான். தன் கல்லுமழை வீணானதை கண்ட சதக்ரது—நூறு யாகங்களை நிகழ்த்திய இந்திரன்—மீண்டும் இன்னும் கனத்த கல்லுமழையைப் பொழியச் செய்தான்.
