सुखशीतानिलवहं प्रकृतिस्थार्कमण्डलम्‌ । निष्प्रतीकारद्ृष्टश्न हुतभुग्‌ विविधाकृति:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | sukhaśītānilavahaṃ prakṛtisthārkamaṇḍalam | niṣpratīkāradṛṣṭaś ca hutabhug vividhākṛtiḥ |

Translation

அப்போது இனிய குளிர்ந்த காற்று வீசியது; சூரியவட்டம் தன் இயல்பான நிலையில் மீண்டும் தோன்றியது. எதிர்ப்பு எதுவும் இல்லை எனக் கண்ட ஹுதபுக் (அக்னிதேவன்) மகிழ்ந்து, பல வடிவங்கள் கொண்டு தீப்பொறியாய் எழுந்தான்.
