இருமுறை பிறந்தவர்களில் சிறந்தவரே, அவர்கள் அவ்வாறு கூறியபோது அவளும் “அப்படியே ஆகுக” என்று பதிலளித்தாள். பின்னர் பார்வதி முதலியோருடன் இணைந்து, பூமியில் ‘பாரதி’ (சரஸ்வதி) எனப் புகழ்பெற்றாள்.
