Lord Vishnu (in dialogue with Garuda)
Concept: Fixing complete units (pūrṇa) and maximum valuation prevents dispute and fraud.
Vedantic Theme: Niyati/niyama as order in vyavahāra; clarity reduces saṃśaya (doubt).
Application: Adopt clear unit definitions and price ceilings for standardized goods/services.
Primary Rasa: shanta

This verse preserves fixed units (dharaṇa, śikya) and their upper valuation, helping ensure that dāna and ritual gifts are given in correct, standardized quantities.
Indirectly: by emphasizing precise dharma-practice (correctly measured gifts/offerings), it supports merit (puṇya) that is repeatedly taught as beneficial for the departed and for one’s post-death welfare.
When performing charity or ritual giving, keep amounts transparent and standardized—give with accuracy and integrity rather than vague or inflated claims.
