अहोरात्रेण शुध्येत पिबेद्यदि न वार्युत / पीतशेषन्तु यत्तोयं वामहस्तेन मद्यवत्

யாரேனும் தவிர்க்க இயலாமல் குடித்தால், அவன் ஒரு பகல்-இரவு முடிந்த பின் சுத்தமாவான். ஆனால் குடித்த பின் மீதமுள்ள திரவத்தை மதுவைப் போல இடது கையால் மட்டுமே எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
