gucchaṃ cucundarī hṛtvā dhānyahṛnmūṣako bhavet / phalaṃ kapiḥ paśūnhṛtvā tvajā kākaḥ payastathā
விளைச்சலின் குச்சத்தைத் திருடினால் சுசுந்தரி (மஸ்க்-எலி) ஆகப் பிறப்பான்; தானியத்தைத் திருடினால் எலி ஆகிறான். பழத்தைத் திருடினால் குரங்கு, மாடுமாடுகளைத் திருடினால் காகம்; அதுபோல பாலைக் களவாடினாலும் இழிந்த பிறவி உண்டாகும்.
