Nṛsiṁhadeva Appears from the Pillar and Slays Hiraṇyakaśipu
स ईश्वर: काल उरुक्रमोऽसा- वोज: सह: सत्त्वबलेन्द्रियात्मा । स एव विश्वं परम: स्वशक्तिभि: सृजत्यवत्यत्ति गुणत्रयेश: ॥ ८ ॥
sa īśvaraḥ kāla urukramo ’sāv ojaḥ sahaḥ sattva-balendriyātmā sa eva viśvaṁ paramaḥ sva-śaktibhiḥ sṛjaty avaty atti guṇa-trayeśaḥ
பரம புருஷ பகவான், உன்னதக் கட்டுப்பாட்டாளர் மற்றும் காலக் காரணியாவார், அவரே புலன்களின் சக்தி, மனதின் சக்தி, உடலின் சக்தி மற்றும் புலன்களின் உயிர் சக்தியாவார். அவரது ஆதிக்கம் எல்லையற்றது. அவர் அனைத்து உயிரினங்களிலும் சிறந்தவர், ஜட இயற்கையின் மூன்று குணங்களைக் கட்டுப்படுத்துபவர். தனது சொந்த சக்தியால், அவர் இந்த பிரபஞ்சத் தோற்றத்தைப் படைக்கிறார், பராமரிக்கிறார் மற்றும் அழிக்கிறார்.
Since the material world is being moved by the three material modes and since the Lord is their master, the Lord can create, maintain and destroy the material world.
