tatrāpi mama te putrā bhaviṣyanti tapasvinaḥ | uśiko bṛhadaśvaśca devalaḥ kavireva ca
तत्रापि ते मम पुत्रा तपस्विनो भविष्यन्ति—उशिकः बृहदश्वश्च देवलः कविरेव च।
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Mahadeva
Cosmic Event: parivarta/yuga-cycle allusion (implicit by ‘tatrāpi’)
The verse highlights Shiva as Pati (the supreme Lord) who bestows spiritually qualified outcomes—here, tapasvī sons—showing that true prosperity in Shaiva thought is the rise of dharma, tapas, and Shiva-oriented wisdom rather than mere worldly gain.
By speaking as a personal bestower of boons, Shiva is presented in his Saguna aspect—accessible, responsive, and compassionate. Such grace is traditionally approached through Linga worship, where devotion and discipline ripen into blessings aligned with dharma.
The key cue is “tapasvinaḥ” (ascetics): steady tapas supported by Shiva-upāsanā—daily japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), Linga abhiṣeka, and disciplined conduct—so that blessings manifest as spiritual strength and clarity.
