akāramapyukāraṃ ca makāraṃ bindusaṃyutam | namontaṃ procya sarvatra hṛdayādau nyasedatha

Translation

अकारमुकारं मकारं च बिन्दुसंयुक्तं प्रोच्य “ॐ” इति; तदन्ते “नमः” योजयित्वा, हृदयादौ सर्वत्र तस्य न्यासं कुर्यात्।
