ततः शत्रुनिबर्हणो रामो विभीषणमभ्युवाच— “अहो! राक्षसेश्वरः रावणो दीप्तमहातेजाः।”

Dharma includes clear-eyed recognition of reality. Rāma acknowledges the opponent’s power without fear or denial, a prerequisite for righteous action.
After Vibhīṣaṇa identifies Rāvaṇa, Rāma responds by noting Rāvaṇa’s overwhelming radiance on the battlefield.
Rāma’s composure (dhairya) and strategic clarity: he assesses the enemy accurately while remaining committed to justice.
