सुग्रीवस्य शतवलि-प्रेषणम्
Sugriva’s Commission to Satavali for the Northern Search
तरुणादित्यसङ्काशैर्भान्ति तत्र जलाशयाः।।।।महार्हमणिरत्नैश्च काञ्चनप्रभकेसरैः।निलोत्पलवनैश्चित्रै स्स देश स्सर्वतो वृतः।।।।निस्तुलाभिश्च मुक्ताभिर्मणिभिश्च महाधनैः।
taruṇādityasaṅkāśair bhānti tatra jalāśayāḥ॥
तरुणादित्यसङ्काशैः पद्मैः तत्र जलाशयाः भान्ति॥
'There are tanks and lakes filled with lotuses shining like the rising Sun with lotus leaves having the colour of precious emeralds. The lotus filaments look like golden threads. The entire place is full of blue lotus groves, exquisite pearls and other gems.
