तत्र मासं वसेद्धीरो नियतो नियताशनः । ब्रह्मलोकं व्रजेद्राजन्पुनीते च कुलं पुनः
tatra māsaṃ vaseddhīro niyato niyatāśanaḥ | brahmalokaṃ vrajedrājanpunīte ca kulaṃ punaḥ
हे राजन्, तत्र मासं धीरः नियतो नियताशनः वसेत्; स ब्रह्मलोकं व्रजेत्, कुलं च पुनः पुनीते।

It recommends residing at the sacred place for one month with self-restraint (niyata) and regulated diet (niyatāśana).
The verse states that the practitioner attains Brahmaloka and also purifies their family lineage.
It emphasizes discipline, moderation in consumption, and sustained commitment over time as a means to spiritual elevation and benefiting one’s family.
